Exploring the Blended Teaching Mode under the Guidance of OBE Theory—Taking the Course of English Newspaper Reading I in Zhejiang Yuexiu University as an Example

Based on OBE (Outcome-based Education) theory, this paper analyzes three main processes design English Newspaper Reading course: before, during after class, adjusts problems practice provide countermeasures for continuous development teaching.
